"We are very excited about the level of service and support for existing Nortel end users we will provide with our experienced and competent staff" says Larry Cothern, Regional Sales Manager. Larry continued "We also look forward to pursuing new opportunities for the Nortel voice and data portfolio in North and South Carolina". The office, located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte is fully staffed and equipped to sell, service and support Nortel's full product line including CS1000, Meridian 1, CallPilot Messaging, Contact Center 6 as well as the BCM, Wireless LAN and all Ethernet switching.
