HOUSTON, TEXAS - October 16, 2006 - Enterprise Systems Corporation announced today that a successful software upgrade for a 1200 port Option 61C to current Release 4.5 software was performed for Naples Daily News. Additionally, two Application Developer engineers provided consultation to the Naples Daily News management. The Contact Center consists of a Symposium Contact Center Server with 60 licensed agents.
