Enterprise Systems has been a Technology Partner with Clear Lake Regional Medical Center for several years, in particular supporting our Avaya Communications and Messaging Systems.
Enterprise has provided on-site technical resources along with rapid and reliable responsiveness to not only emergencies but routine moves, adds and changes. Enterprise Systems has gone the extra mile in many ways. One that comes to mind is when a rectifier failed on our system, not only did Enterprise promptly order a replacement, but until it arrived Enterprise provided a standby power plant for temporary use just in case of a failure of our remaining redundant unit. Thankfully it was not necessary, but it showcased Enterprise’s commitment to service and support.
I would not hesitate to recommend Enterprise Systems Corporation to anyone requiring the utmost in experience and competency on Avaya products and in particular the larger systems and applications for the enterprise size business.
