HOUSTON, TEXAS - December, 2004 - Enterprise Systems Corporation announced today that a Nortel Networks Meridian 1 has been selected for Manheim's Baltimore Washington Auto Exchange in Baltimore, Maryland.. The 200 station installation will include a Symposium Express Contact Center, Optivity Telephony Manager Billing, and CallPilot voice messaging. The installation will be completed by the beginning of January 2005.
