HOUSTON, TEXAS – April, 2003 – Enterprise Systems Corporation announced today that Symposium Call Center Server 4.2 has been successfully installed for Star Furniture of Houston, Texas. The installation involved approximately fifty Call Center Agents and an upgrade to the Meridian 1 Option 11C. Additionally, the Meridian Mail was reconfigured to provide recorded announcement services for the Symposium. “The nature of our Call Center made the upgrade a particularly long and drawn out process.
