CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA – April, 2016 – It was announced that a major city government in South Carolina has selected Enterprise Systems Corporation to provide Managed Services for its Avaya CS1000, Aura Contact Center and Aura Session Manager infrastructure. The Managed Services will cover approximately 1300 endpoints and over 100 contact center agents.
