CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA – August, 2016 – It was announced that a Major Transportation Carrier has selected Enterprise Systems Corporation to provide Managed Services and support for its Avaya Aura CS1000, Aura Contact Center and Aura Messaging. The environment impacts approximately 1400 total end points and 150 contact center agents.
