Enterprise Systems Corporation Deploys Nortel Communications System for Patient Accounts Services, LLC

HOUSTON, TEXAS – July, 2005 – Enterprise Systems Corporation announced today that a Nortel Meridian 1 Option 61C and CallPilot with Unified Messaging has been successfully deployed for the new Patient Accounts Services Contact Center in Houston. “The mission critical nature of our Call Center made the successful deployment of our Meridian 1 Option 61C a priority. We wanted to be certain we had the best Nortel support on site and Enterprise Systems did not disappoint us. Their reputation for call center experience is well known and we now have experienced first hand why.” said Rich Due, Vice President of Operations for PAS.
