Enterprise Systems selected to upgrade Advance America’s Meridian 1 Option 61C to CS1000M-SG Release 5.5

Option 61 Houston Upgrade

HOUSTON, TEXAS – September, 2009 – It was announced that Direct General Insurance has selected Enterprise Systems Corporation to upgrade the Nortel voice communications and contact center systems at its Baton Rouge, Louisiana 500 seat call center and disaster recovery center. The solution will include a Nortel CS1000M MG, Contact Center 7 with Redundant Standby Server and Avaya CallPilot messaging.

Apart from this, Enterprise System will also be including the Call Pilot to 5.00 as well as their Conference Bridge under Option 61C. The Option 61C happens to be a carrier-grade platform that supports both VoIP as well as customary voice communications for enterprising needing from 200-2000 lines With the help of “five-nine” reliability, it is able to deliver features and applications including required support for IP and traditional telephones, 802.11 Wireless IP and IP Gateways, Call Center applications, remote solution, multimedia communications, Unified Messaging, and so forth.
