Rodney has over 25 years’ experience with systems integration, engineering and support. Having been a field technician, technical support engineer and project manager in his career path, Rodney has a unique understanding of what an all-around customer experience should be. Products supported in his past have been heritage Nortel and Avaya communications and contact center systems Rodney has achieved multiple certifications from Nortel and Avaya including Support Expert, Design Expert, Technology Expert and Applications Developer. Prior to Enterprise Systems, Rodney was the Vice President of Operations for another Avaya Partner.

Tommy has worked in the data, telecommunications and electronics field for over 20 years. Tommy has extensive experience with not only Voice and Data products, but also video surveillance systems and card access systems and circuit level troubleshooting and repairs. His reputation with clients speaks volumes for his attitude toward customer service and satisfaction. Certified by Nortel and Avaya as a Support Expert, Design Expert, Technology Expert and Applications Developer he cannot only manage installations & service, but is very hands-on with all products, especially server-based applications.
Darlene has 24 extensive years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Operations and Management in product and service based companies in the IT and Construction industry. Her leadership and motivation continue to enhance our business processes while maximizing our business objectives. Darlene brings a unique mix of skill sets into our financial operations and business management. She is a strong team player and communicator, who highly values personal and business integrity.

Larry has been in the telecommunications industry for 30 years and has held a variety of positions to include Account Executive, Major Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Vice President of Sales. Larry’s sales philosophy is becoming a trusted advisor by working closely with customers to define their exact needs and to recommend solutions to meet those needs to increase efficiencies or to reduce cost to help customers increase profitability. Larry’s technology proficiencies includes Unified Communications, Contact Centers, Video, and Data Networking and Wireless solutions.
Regional Vice President of Operations
Brian has been in the telecommunications industry for 20 years and has held a variety of positions to include Voice and Data Technician, Sales Engineer, Project Manager, Operations Manager and Vice President of Operations. Brian’s support strategy is centered on becoming a trusted member of the customer’s team. By working closely with customers, Brian can identify their exact needs and recommend solutions to meet those needs. Brian enjoys being a part of the design, implementation and support of the solutions that are delivered to the customers. Brian’s technology proficiencies includes Unified Communications, Contact Centers, Video, and Data Networking and Wireless solutions.
Regional Sales Manager
Patrick has been in the Industry for more than 20 years, with a BS-EET from DeVry Institute of Technology, Decatur, Georgia. Initially, he worked as a Field Engineer with Racal-Datacom, and eventually transitioned into Systems Engineering directly with Nortel. After more than 10 years in Engineering, he moved into Sales for Nortel, Avaya, and most recently Hewlett-Packard. Patrick joined Enterprise Systems in August of 2014, as our Regional Sales Manager for the Carolinas branch. He is based in Charlotte.
Allan has been in the telecommunications industry since 1993. Allan has held a variety of positions including Warehouse Management, Purchasing Management, Brokerage Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Management and Account Management. As a result, Allan is able to utilize his depth of experience to work with end customers to solve problems with the best solution to fit their needs.
